Integrations Consultant

Serving as a technical consultant, the Integration Consultant is responsible for the successful implementation and integration of customized software environments for our customers. This role is both technical and customer-facing.

• A Bachelor’s Degree or related experience \n

• Proven experience implementing and integrating enterprise SaaS solutions (required) \n

• Strong understanding of integration frameworks and technologies, including APIs and webhooks (required) \n

• Intermediate experience configuring A.I. agents and Python or JavaScript (preferred) \n

• Applied experience with Digital Asset Management systems is preferred \n

• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills \n

• Positive attitude, with a genuine enthusiasm for proactively solving problems \n

• Technically curious and eager to understand how complex systems work \n

• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and manage several concurrent projects simultaneously

• Conducts discovery working sessions to gather and assess customer requirements \n

• Proposes and builds custom solutions with a focus on scalability and in consideration of a customer’s broader business goals \n

• Troubleshoots software-related problems that occur in customer environments \n

• Advises customers and partners with respect to technical best practices and recommendations for workflow improvements \n

• Serves as a customer advocate, providing tailored service and advocating for product enhancements \n

• Proactively communicates cross-functionally to progress time-bound project deliverables \n

• Performs customer training on general platform functionality and customer-specific customizations \n

• Collaborates with customer I.T. teams and vendors to ensure successful integration setup and rollout \n

Compensation:

\n

The target compensation for this position is $100,000 - 130,000 in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
