Pega Developer / Lead Pega Developer

We are seeking experienced Pega Developers and Lead Pega Developers to design, develop, implement, and support enterprise applications using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with Pega application development, business process automation, case management, and workflow configuration., * Design, develop, configure, and maintain applications using the Pega Platform.

• Build and enhance case management workflows, business rules, and application logic.
• Develop and configure data pages, activities, flows, decision rules, and user interfaces.
• Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, and other developers to deliver application solutions.
• Troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and support production environments.
• Participate in technical design, code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation.

• Strong hands-on experience with Pega application development and the Pega Platform.
• Experience with Pega PRPC, case management, workflow automation, and business rules.
• Knowledge of data pages, integrations, REST/SOAP services, and application configuration.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a technical team., * Experience leading Pega development teams and delivering enterprise application projects.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, technical design, and development best practices.
• Experience mentoring developers, reviewing technical solutions, and resolving complex issues.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions., * Pega System Architect (CSA), Senior System Architect (CSSA), or Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
• Experience with Pega Infinity or Pega 8.
• Exposure to enterprise integrations, application modernization, and production support.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare, or other enterprise environments.
