Administration von Windows- und Linux-Betriebssystemen, inkl. Installation und Konfiguration von Hardware und Software Analyse und Behebung von IT-Störungen Durchführung von Troubleshooting sowie die Übernahme des 1st und 2nd Level Supports Unterstützung bei internen IT-Beratungen und IT-Projektplanungen Erstellung von Dokumentationen Vergabe von Nutzerrechten sowie die Übernahme des Monitorings, inkl. Optimierung von kritischen IT-Systemen und -prozessen

Requirements

Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung zum Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) für Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen Erste Berufserfahrung im IT-Support wünschenswert Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse von Vorteil Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und eine lösungsorientierte Denkweise Teamstärke und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten IT-Affinität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
