As an Engineering lead for Program Protection, you’ll coordinate a cross functional team responsible for ensuring the technical security initiatives across the Strategic Weapons Control portfolio.

Requires a Bachelor’s or Technology degree in Engineering or a related specialized area/field, or equivalent (4 years job-related experience). Requires an additional 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree with 3+ years of job-related experience., * Introducing and managing modernization technical initiatives by integrating complex technical scope across a team with varying technical goals

• Mentoring engineering leaders across technical and project management topics
• Engineering leadership; excellent communication and presentation skills, cross-discipline engineering knowledge, design review package generation, and developing customer intimacy, * Success leading the systems development life cycle with strong proficiency with requirements management and system modeling tools
• Creative thinker motivated to apply technical standards and methodologies to develop solutions
• Collaborative team player with the ability to provide technical leadership and position others for success
• Strong presentation and communications skills with experience in the art of negotiation and the ability to meet challenging customer requirements with win-win solutions
