• Strong full-stack software engineering experience with production systems. \n

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Go, or similar technologies. \n

• Demonstrated experience building and launching products from zero to one. \n

• Track record of products achieving meaningful customer adoption, revenue, or commercial success. \n

• Exceptional product sense and ability to make thoughtful UX and UI decisions. \n

• Ability to own backend architecture, frontend development, integrations, and deployment. \n

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, preferably AWS, and familiarity with infrastructure as code. \n

• Understanding of agentic AI systems, frontier models, and modern AI development workflows. \n

• Experience using AI- engineering tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Cline. \n

• Ability to take ambiguous problems and independently turn them into shipped products. \n

What You’ll Do

• Own AI- products end to end, from concept and architecture through launch and production. \n

• Build backend services, enterprise integrations, and customer-facing applications. \n

• Develop intuitive product experiences using modern frontend technologies such as React. \n

• Identify customer problems and independently develop solutions. \n

• Design and improve AI agent workflows built on frontier models. \n

• Build evaluation frameworks and feedback loops that improve agent reliability. \n

• Instrument agent failures and turn real customer scenarios into reproducible tests. \n

• Work across application development, cloud infrastructure, and AI integrations. \n

• Use AI coding tools to accelerate development while maintaining strong engineering judgment. \n

• Partner with the founding team to shape product direction and identify new opportunities. \n

• Take increasing ownership of the product roadmap by proposing and driving new product ideas. \n
