Data Analyst

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and data visualization. The ideal candidate will collect, clean, analyze, and interpret data to help business teams make informed decisions. This role involves working with structured datasets, developing dashboards, identifying trends, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting actionable insights to stakeholders., * Collect, clean, validate, and analyze data from multiple sources.

• Write SQL queries to retrieve, filter, join, and analyze datasets.
• Use Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, create reports, and manage large datasets.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
• Track KPIs and prepare recurring and ad hoc reports for business stakeholders.
• Perform data quality checks to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and reporting needs.
• Translate business questions into analytical tasks and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks and improve data analysis workflows.
• Document data definitions, analytical processes, assumptions, and findings.
• Present insights and findings through clear reports, dashboards, and presentations.

The successful candidate should have hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills., * Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, joins, aggregations, and data manipulation.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookup functions, and data cleaning.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or another business intelligence and data visualization tool.
• Understanding of data cleaning, data validation, and data quality principles.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Basic proficiency in Python for data analysis, using libraries such as Pandas and NumPy.
• Familiarity with relational databases and data warehouses.
• Understanding of statistical analysis and descriptive statistics.
• Experience with KPI tracking, dashboard development, and business reporting.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure.
• Familiarity with data modeling, ETL processes, and data transformation.
• Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into analytical reports.
