  • Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system updates and gather diagnostic information for advanced troubleshooting.
  • Manage object lifecycle processes, including creation, modification, and retirement of data repositories, schemas, and roles.
  • Oversee IAM services, including user and role management, supporting integration with enterprise IAM solutions and executing secrets management policies.
  • Contribute to the development of training resources, job aids, and documentation for operational support staff.
  • Utilize IT service management tools to handle incidents, problems, changes, and service requests.
  • Work with account teams to identify, report, and resolve platform issues.

Requirements

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in cloud data platform operations or support roles.
  • Proficiency in SQL and basic scripting languages (e.g., Python or Bash) to automate operational tasks.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools like GitLab, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and infrastructure automation tools such as Terraform or Ansible.

  • Understanding of IT service management processes and tools, including incident and change management.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:
