Lead Dot Net Developer

In this role, you will be responsible for executing the development pipeline and ensuring the delivery of our software products to QA and production. You will work closely with product owners and team members to design features, decompose stories, and prioritize tasks, all while maintaining high software quality standards. WHAT YOU’LL DO: Execute the development pipeline and manage the delivery of software products to QA and production. Collaborate with product owners and team members to decompose user stories, design features, and prioritize tasks effectively. Utilize automated software testing tools and frameworks, including test-driven development, to ensure software quality. Support integration efforts to build cohesive systems from various subsystems. Assist the release manager in assembling releases and driving improvements in the release process. Identify technology risks early and establish effective mitigation plans. Prototype, validate, and create specific application solutions tailored to business needs. Respond to and resolve production incidents and service requests within defined SLAs. Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across distributed systems. Collaborate with development teams to deploy and release new features and updates. Continuously optimize application performance and efficiency. Document processes, procedures, and troubleshooting steps for future reference

Experience Required: 10+ Years with .NET, Web API We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our dynamic team., Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience. Strong proficiency in C#, , MVC, and Core. Thorough understanding of agile software development methodologies, values, and processes. Experience with .NET frameworks and UML (Unified Modeling Language). Proficient in building server-side applications using Microsoft technologies, particularly with Visual Studio and C#. Strong experience in developing and managing REST and SOAP-based Web Service APIs in a transaction processing environment. Familiarity with development environments, including IDEs, web & application servers, GIT, DevOps, unit-testing tools, and defect management tools PREFERRED SKILLS: Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with Aerospike or other NoSQL databases in distributed systems and high-volume transaction processing. Work experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React JS. Familiarity with messaging technologies like IBM MQ, Kafka, or RabbitMQ is a plus. Good understanding of the latest architecture and development standards and guidelines.
