[Entry Level] Software Tester (2608-2)

Position Overview + Job Title: Software Tester (AI Feature QA) + Job Type: Full-Time, Hourly + Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, but may be substituted by relevant work experience + 0-3 years of experience in the software testing (entry-level candidates welcome - prior experience is a plus, but not required) Location + Plano, TX Benefits + Medical Insurance (Health, Dental & Vision) + H1B/Green Card Sponsorship for qualified employee + Hands-on experience at global industry leader Samsung + Opportunities for career advancement Requirements & Qualifications + Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field (relevant work experience can substitute for educational requirements) + 0-3 years of experience in software testing; no prior experience required - training will be provided + Strong attention to detail - able to follow test procedures precisely, catch subtle defects, and document results accurately + Strong sense of responsibility and ownership - reliable in completing assigned testing on schedule and seeing issues through to resolution + Korean-English bilingual ability is a strong plus + Interest in or familiarity with AI-powered mobile features is a plus + Experience in mobile/network QA testing is a plus + Knowledge of mobile technologies, operating systems, and testing tools is a plus Primary Duties and Responsibilities + Perform functional testing of AI-powered features on mobile devices, verifying that core AI functions operate accurately, consistently, and as designed + Execute test cases across various scenarios, languages, and conditions to validate AI feature quality and usability + Detect, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies with clear, reproducible steps + Analyze testing results and submit detailed reports to the development team + Create test designs, processes, cases, and test-product documentation + Ensure that testing is carried out per the defined standards and procedures + Collaborate closely with other team members and departments + Perform software testing in all phases of the design-develop-test-release-maintain software life cycle Skills + Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and accountability + Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision + Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills + Team player with good time-management skills + Great interpersonal and communication skills Our team of highly experienced developers offer a wide range of mobile application and software development positions.
