Solution Lead

Design and develop scalable microservices architectures using Java. Lead the implementation of microservices testing strategies to ensure high quality deliverables. Collaborate with development teams to define best practices and standards for microservices development. Conduct code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance the microservices ecosystem. Ensure adherence to security and compliance standards in all architectural designs. Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall technology roadmap. Mandatory Skills

Java, Software Engineering, Scalable System Development, Microservices, Test Strategy, Best Practices, Standards Development, Code Reviews, Mentoring, Requirements Management, Proven experience in microservices architecture and design. Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks. Expertise in microservices testing methodologies and tools. Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes. Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. API and Microservices Knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL). Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams. Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 7 10 years of experience in software development and architecture. Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical leadership role. Relevant certifications in cloud technologies or microservices architecture are a plus.
