Network Engineer

Network Architecture/Engineering, Network Operations Center, Juniper Networks Product Family, Local Area Network (LAN), Cisco Nexus Switches, Network Switching, Network Routing, Metropolitan Area Network (MAN), Wide Area Network (WAN), Identify Issues, o Extensive experience with Data Center Core & Edge Routing and Switching platforms for LAN/WAN/MAN environments - Cisco/Nexus; Juniper, Arista,

o Expert Design, implementation, maintenance & troubleshooting,

o Expert Routing protocols - BGP, OSPF, RIP

· Networking:

o Data Center and Network Service Platform Experience - F5, InfoBlox, ACI

o Extensive experience with TCP/IP - design, subnetting, troubleshooting

· Layer 2 Network Experience:

o Spanning Tree, VLANs, 802.1Q

· Wireless & Remote Access:

o Some Experience with Wireless technologies in corporate environments

o Remote Access technologies - VPN, SSL

· SD-WAN/MPLS

o SBC experience device configuration and troubleshooting - , Viptela, Velo Cloud, Versa, FortiGate, SilverPeak

· QOS expertise

· Network security

o Device configuration, troubleshooting & analytics - ASA/Firepower, Palo Alto, Illumio, Checkpoint, ZTA, Private Access, SASE

· Scripting - Python

· Experience with Voice and Collaboration platforms - CUCM, Contact Center, Enterprise Cloud Voice platforms - Genesys, Avaya One Cloud, Twilio

· At least 10+ years of network experience in a large enterprise global environment with complex network infrastructure.

· 15+ Years Industry Experience working with cross functional teams

· CCIE or equivalent knowledge and experience

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

· Total of 15 years’ experience in the Information Technology industry, with a minimum of 10 years as a network consultant.
