Job description
The ETL QA Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of data in a fast-paced Agile development environment. They will work closely with the development team to test distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack.
Requirements
- Experience in Agile development methodology and using Jira tool
- Testing distributed applications at multiple layers of the technology stack
- Hands-on experience in Test Management lifecycle
- Working knowledge of Relational Databases like Oracle, DB2, or Postgres and experience with PL/SQL and complex queries
- Validating BI Reports and ETL/ELT workloads
- Design, develop, and execute test automation using frameworks such as RestAssured, Playwright, Karate, Cucumber, TestNG
- Programming experience in Python and strong SQL skills
- Knowledge of continuous integration and deployment tools such as GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, Docker, SonarQube
- Designing test strategy and test automation suites independently for new products/applications, * Experience in Agile development methodology and Jira tool
