&bull Design, develop, and maintain .NET-based applications and APIs supporting healthcare interoperability &bull Implement and manage FHIR R4/R5 resources for clinical and administrative data exchange &bull Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration with EHRs and external healthcare systems &bull Work with HL7 standards (FHIR, HL7 v2) and healthcare data formats (JSON, XML) &bull Ensure compliance with HIPAA, security, and data privacy requirements &bull Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions &bull Perform code reviews, unit testing, and support CI/CD pipelines &bull Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance &bull Participate in system design, architecture discussions, and technical documentation

Technical Skills &bull Strong experience in C#, .NET Core / .NET 6+, ASP.NET Web API &bull Hands-on experience with FHIR implementations (R4 preferred) &bull Solid understanding of FHIR resources (Patient, Encounter, Observation, Practitioner, Condition, etc.) &bull Experience with RESTful services, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect &bull Proficiency in SQL Server and/or NoSQL databases &bull Experience with JSON, XML, and healthcare data transformations &bull Familiarity with Azure / AWS cloud services &bull Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps or similar tools Healthcare Domain &bull Understanding of US Healthcare workflows (Provider, Payer, Claims, Clinical data) &bull Knowledge of EHR/Epic/Cerner integrations is a plus &bull Experience with SMART on FHIR is preferred
