Data Warehousing Administrator

As the Data Warehousing Administrator, you will manage large scale storage systems, ensuring data integrity, efficient retrieval, and long-term security protections., * Manage large-scale data storage systems.

• Implement long-term security protections for stored data.
• Operate independently across multiple work areas.
• Lead major technical assignments and supervise teams.

Data Warehousing, Data Warehousing, Data Quality, Large-Scale Systems, Data Storage, Data Recovery, Information/Data Security (InfoSec), Team Lead/Manager, Information Technology & Information Systems, Computer Science, Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, information technology, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of Data Warehousing experience.

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• Performance management and tuning, optimize data structure, SQL query, application logic
• Storage management and capacity planning
• Coordinating data organization refactoring at different scales
• Manage user accounts and access control
• 2 years of experience managing a data warehouse for a sizable team
• Experience in managing access control for a complex team
• Experience in at least one major data warehouse data organization refactoring
• Experience in handling data warehouse incidents
• Strong written and oral communication
• Familiarity with the Snowflake data warehouse
• Experience in managing Snowflake using SQL commands
• Some basic knowledge in data processing
• A passion for blockchain
• Python programming
• Experience in blockchain technology
• Experience in data warehouse cost control
