Job description

  • Einrichtung, Wartung und Verwaltung von Clienthardware: PC’s, Bildschirme, Drucker, Scanner, Whiteboards
  • Installation sowie Aktualisierung von Betriebssystemen, Standard- und Anwendungssoftware
  • Vor Ort Service für Endanwender und zentrale Systemdienste
  • First Level Support und Störungsbeseitigung
  • Individualinstallation und Konfiguration auf Anforderung
  • Einbau bzw. Austausch von Komponenten sowie Durchführung von Reparaturen, z. B. an Druckern

Requirements

  • abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im IT-Bereich, z.B. als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration, IT-Kundenbetreuer, IT-System-Elektroniker, IT-System-Kaufmann, Servicetechniker IT, Informationselektroniker, oder vergleichbare Ausbildung bzw. Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Onsite Support bzw. IT Support
  • Hard- und Softwarekenntnisse
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse
