Java Developer / Microservices

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Java Developer with strong hands-on experience in Core Java, Spring Boot Microservices, and database development. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting scalable, high-performance enterprise applications. Experience with Azure Cloud technologies is highly desirable., * Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable applications using Core Java and Spring Boot Microservices.

• Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with internal and external systems.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in architecture, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot performance, scalability, and production issues.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, DevOps, and QA teams.
• Follow Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices.
• Contribute to CI/CD implementation and application modernization initiatives.

Java, Microservices, Software Engineering, Java, Enterprise Applications, Database Programming, Microservices, Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Microsoft Windows Azure, * 7+ years of experience in Java application development.

• Strong expertise in designing and developing enterprise-grade applications using Java technologies.
• Proven experience building cloud-ready, distributed systems and microservices.

Required Technical Skills Core Java

• Strong understanding of Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, Collections, Multithreading, Concurrency, Exception Handling, JVM, and Performance Tuning.
• Experience with Java 8+ features including Streams, Lambda Expressions, and Functional Programming.

Spring Ecosystem Hands-on expertise with:

• Spring Boot
• Spring MVC
• Spring Data JPA/Hibernate
• Spring Security
• Spring Cloud

Microservices

• Design and development of Microservices-based architectures.
• REST API design and implementation.
• Service communication patterns, resiliency, fault tolerance, and distributed system concepts.

Databases Strong experience with:

• Oracle
• SQL Server

Expertise in:

• SQL
• Schema design
• Query optimization
• Stored procedures
• Performance tuning

DevOps & Tools

• Git
• Maven/Gradle
• Jenkins
• SonarQube
• CI/CD pipelines
• Docker and Kubernetes (preferred)

Preferred Skills

• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Azure Service Bus.
• Exposure to API Gateway and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration platforms.
• Knowledge of security best practices and OAuth/JWT authentication.
