Senior Systems Engineer

We’re seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to support and evolve a complex enterprise infrastructure environment. This role is responsible for the administration, maintenance, and optimization of Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Linux, storage, backup/recovery, and cloud technologies supporting critical business operations.

What You’ll Do

• Administer and support Windows Server, Active Directory, VMware, Microsoft 365, and Linux environments.
• Support virtualization platforms, storage systems, and enterprise backup solutions.
• Participate in disaster recovery planning, testing, and failover activities.
• Provide Tier 2/3 support and serve as a technical resource for infrastructure projects.

? 7+ years supporting enterprise infrastructure environments

? Strong Windows Server and Active Directory administration skills

? Hands-on VMware and/or Hyper-V experience

? Linux administration experience (RedHat preferred)

? Experience with enterprise backup, storage, and disaster recovery technologies

? PowerShell, automation, and systems troubleshooting expertise

? ITIL and service management experience preferred

Preferred Experience

• Veeam, Zerto, NetBackup, or similar enterprise backup platforms
• Storage technologies such as NetApp, HPE, Pure Storage, or similar
• Hybrid Microsoft 365/Exchange environments
• Cloud infrastructure administration
