Senior ArcGIS Developer

Relevant degree in GIS, computer science, software development, geography, information systems, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience may be considered where appropriate. Strong analytical and programming skills, with the ability to translate operational requirements into maintainable GIS solutions. Ability to perform application testing, troubleshoot technical issues, document changes, and coordinate implementation activities. Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with technical teams and business stakeholders. Relevant experience Minimum five years of similar professional experience in GIS application development, ArcGIS configuration, web GIS, or geospatial automation. Demonstrated experience developing, configuring, maintaining, or troubleshooting GIS applications and tools. Experience with scripting, geoprocessing, functional testing, technical documentation, or GIS application migration. Experience supporting municipal GIS, infrastructure mapping, Public Works, asset management, or operational applications is preferred. Technical expertise ArcGIS Pro; ArcGIS Online; ArcGIS Enterprise; web GIS; Python scripting; geoprocessing; application configuration; GIS troubleshooting; functional testing; deployment documentation; and relevant ArcGIS APIs or SDKs where supported by actual experience. Experience with Dashboards, StoryMaps, Hub, Field Maps, and Survey123 should be identified individually in the resume rather than assumed from general ArcGIS experience. Certifications Relevant Esri application development, GIS, or geospatial technology certifications, if held.
