NCDIT-HIEA - Health IT Technical Analyst

Serve as the clinical data SME for healthcare technology initiatives involving public health and benefits programs. Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot clinical information used by eligibility and program-support solutions. Help develop and refine APIs that exchange relevant healthcare data between integrated systems. Coordinate with analytics, engineering, and program teams to test data flows and resolve technical issues. Support production deployment of new functionality while verifying data accuracy and system performance. Evaluate project requests, define solution requirements, and assess technical feasibility through implementation. 3 years or more of experience with HL7, FHIR, healthcare interoperability standards, and clinical data exchange. Proficiency in clinical data analysis, validation, troubleshooting, accuracy controls, and data standardization. Experience with SNOMED CT, LOINC, ICD, CPT, and RxNorm clinical coding systems. Experience with Health Information Exchange platforms, healthcare APIs, and clinical data integration projects. Experience in technical requirements gathering, solution testing, production implementation, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
