Lead Software Engineer

Software Engineering, Spring MVC, Engineering, Oracle, Git, Java, User Interface/Experience (UI/UX), Scripting (Scripting Languages), REST (Representational State Transfer), Software Engineering, We are seeking an experienced Java Backend Developer with 7 to 12 years of software engineering experience to design, build, test, and maintain high-performance, scalable backend applications and microservices. In this role, you will take ownership of microservices architecture, database optimization, and cloud-native integration. Design, construct, test, and maintain high-throughput, fault-tolerant microservices using Java and the Spring Framework ecosystem Develop and optimize Oracle PL/SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages while performing database performance tuning. Implement RESTful APIs, manage relational database schemas, and integrate caching and messaging solutions. Collaborate with DevOps teams to handle containerized deployments (Docker/Kubernetes) and automated CI/CD pipelines. Partner with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA, and frontend engineers to deliver end-to-end software solutions. Hands-on proficiency in Core Java (Java 17 or higher), Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Data JPA / Hibernate. Strong expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, complex query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and relational database management (Oracle, PostgreSQL). Experience with message brokers such as Apache Kafka or Spring Batch architecture. Microservices design patterns, RESTful API design, API gateways, and distributed components. Practical experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or related container platforms. Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) using JUnit, Mockito, or similar frameworks. Familiarity or hands-on exposure to Agentic AI technologies, LLM workflows, and generative AI practices, Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, ECS, Lambda, API Gateway) and cloud deployments, CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), Git, Maven/Gradle, and scripting in Python or Unix, Basic working knowledge of modern UI frameworks (React.js or Angular) for full-stack collaboration., Generative Al and Agentic Al technologies.
