• Advanced experience as a Systems Analyst supporting the development of complex, enterprise software solutions.

Systems Analysis, Systems Analysis, Enterprise Applications, Management of Information Systems/Technology (MIS), Computer Science, Finance, Agile Programming Methodologies, Use Cases, Product Documentation, Gap Analysis, * B.S. in Finance, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

• Experience researching, optimizing, developing, and authoring solution requirements, user stories, and specifications for moderate to complex software systems.
• Experience in various systems analysis methodologies, including data analysis, data mapping, flowcharts, use-case development, story writing, set-up & configuration of systems, gap analysis, user acceptance testing, and product documentation.
• Solid grasp and experience with Structured Query Language (SQL), querying relational databases, and programming in general.
• Proven experience working with APIs - REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• Experience with generative AI tools to increase efficiency and quality.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills, proactive, organized, highly responsive, and committed to quality., * Experience collaborating with the UXD team to gather and communicate user requirements, finalize front end interfaces, ensure consistent user experience across platforms, and work with design tools like Figma.
• Brokerage experience and familiarity with Trading capabilities is nice to have.
