3-5 years in implementation, deployment or engagement management at a technology consultancy or enterprise SaaS company \n
ERP implementation experience (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics), or comparable large-scale enterprise system rollouts \n
Big 4 consulting experience (Deloitte, PwC, EY, KPMG) is highly desirable, especially technology, transformation or ERP practices \n
Strong programme and stakeholder management with senior, cross-functional groups \n
Technically confident: comfortable with data, integrations and APIs, and knowing when to escalate to engineering \n
Clear communicator who’s comfortable in front of customers and internal teams \n
