Requirements
- Strong Java, JEE, Spring Boot, Spring Batch and microservices development.
- Frontend expertise in Angular, React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS.
- AWS cloud-native application development, PostgreSQL, Docker and Red Hat OpenShift.
- REST/SOAP web services, API security, OAuth2/JWT and IBM DataPower.
- CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket, Maven, SonarQube, Fortify and UrbanCode Deploy.
- Databases: PostgreSQL, IBM DB2; JPA/Hibernate.
- Testing: JUnit, Mockito, TDD, BDD and Cucumber.
- Enterprise Java batch processing and Control-M scheduling.
- Technical leadership, Agile delivery, architecture design, performance tuning and mentoring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or a related field.
Preferred Skills:
- Kafka and event-driven architectures.
- AI-driven architecture improvements.
- Section 508 accessibility compliance.
- Technical white papers and architecture documentation.
- Federal/state government IT experience.
- Low-code platforms such as ServiceNow, Pega or Microsoft Power Platform.
