Advanced Systems Engineer

Systems Engineering, Systems Engineering, Internet Security, Software Development, Emerging Technology, Secret Clearance, Security Clearance, Mathematics, Use Cases, Concept of Operations (CONOPS), * An active Secret security clearance is required at the time of hire.

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master’s degree plus 6 years of job-related experience.
• Working knowledge of systems engineering concepts, principles, and theories
• Experience developing Systems Design which include Use Cases, CONOPs, and Requirement Management
• Test Procedure Development and Test Execution
• 3-5 Years’ experience working with a SW team to define Systems Design Specifications
• Passion for designing complicated systems and working on problems of diverse scope
• Ability to define the scope, schedule, and expectations for the work you execute
• Shows initiative on assignments and executes projects with little guidance and can provide technical direction and leadership
• Ability to interact effectively within project teams
• Solid ability to grasp and apply new information quickly and handle increasing responsibilities with growing complexity
• Identifies opportunities to apply AI for continuous improvement and innovation

Desired

• Working knowledge of SNMP and REST APIs
• ESXi, OS platform, and VM configuration experience
• Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
• Integrated product team experience
• Working knowledge of DOORS or Cameo
• Working knowledge of Public Key Infrastructure and Digital Certificate usage
• Protocol analysis using Wireshark
• UX/UI design experience
