Looking for a genuinely strong Microsoft Modern Workplace & Security Engineer who wants to work across complex customer environments, influence technical direction, and operate as a trusted technical advisor.
This is a hands-on senior engineering role with a strong focus on:
Microsoft 365 architecture & optimisation
Entra ID & Conditional Access
Intune & Endpoint Management
Microsoft Security stack (Defender/Purview/Sentinel)
Zero Trust & secure design principles
Tenant remediation & standardisation
Copilot, SharePoint & collaboration tooling
PowerShell & automation
Customer-facing consulting & technical leadership
You’ll be:
Leading complex technical projects & escalations
Designing secure Microsoft environments
Improving engineering standards & service quality
Mentoring engineers & sharing best practice
Supporting migrations & modern workplace transformations
Requirements
Strong Microsoft 365 engineering experience
Entra ID/Intune/Endpoint Security expertise
Experience in MSP or multi-customer environments
Microsoft security tooling experience
Comfortable leading conversations with customers
