Administration und Überwachung einer Client- und Serverumgebung basierend auf Windows und Linux Konfiguration von Arbeitsplatzrechnern sowie die Administration des Netzwerks Installationen von Betriebssystemen und Softwareanwendungen Durchführung des 1st- und 2nd-Level Supports Erstellung von Benutzerhandbüchern und Dokumentationen

Requirements

Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum/r Fachinformatiker/in Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation Fundierte Berufserfahrung in den Bereichen IT-Support oder IT-Administration Gute Kenntnisse über gängige Hard- und Software Teamfähigkeit und analytische Kompetenzen Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Serviceorientierung und Belastbarkeit
