Head of CRM (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

• Define and execute the CRM and customer life cycle strategy.
• Lead and optimize Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities, including Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
• Develop personalized, multi-channel campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
• Manage customer segmentation, automation, and retention programs.
• Lead CRM reporting, analytics, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Data, Sales, and Technology teams.
• Ensure compliance with GDPR and data governance best practices.
• Manage and develop CRM team members and external partners.

• 8+ years of CRM, marketing automation, or life cycle marketing experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Proven track record of driving customer engagement, retention, and CRM-led revenue growth.
• Experience managing CRM teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Salesforce Data Cloud experience.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications.
• Experience with customer journey orchestration, personalization, and omnichannel marketing.
