Job description
- Define the business problem, hypotheses, success metrics, and analytical approach.
- Explore, prepare, and validate structured and unstructured data.
- Develop, compare, and validate statistical, machine learning, or AI models.
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to operationalize solutions.
- Design experiments and communicate findings, limitations, and recommendations.
- Monitor model performance, drift, quality, fairness, and business impact.
- Document assumptions, lineage, methodology, and governance requirements.
Requirements
- Python, SQL, statistical analysis, experimentation, and machine learning
- Feature engineering, model selection, validation, and explainability
- Experience with cloud data platforms, notebooks, pipelines, and model lifecycle practices
- Ability to translate business problems into measurable analytical objectives
- Data quality, privacy, bias, and responsible AI awareness
- Retail, healthcare, pharmacy, customer analytics, or regulated data experience preferred, * Strong analytical storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.
- Collaborative, curious, outcome-oriented, and rigorous in handling data.
