Salesforce Developer / Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Engineer to design, build, and maintain end-to-end solutions on Salesforce Government Cloud. You will play a key role in supporting mission-critical public-sector applications across case management, licensing, and service operations using both declarative and programmatic capabilities., * Solution Architecture & Discovery: Lead technical discovery sessions with stakeholders to define requirements and recommend scalable solution designs.

• Development & Integration: Build and customize solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and enterprise system integrations.
• Platform Governance & Releases: Review Salesforce seasonal releases (Spring/Summer/Winter) to evaluate platform impacts and optimize system performance.
• AI & Automation: Apply AI-driven techniques to enhance automation and platform capabilities.

• Salesforce Core: 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration, customization, and solution design.
• Development & Integrations: 5+ years of deep experience developing with Apex, LWC, and API/System Integrations in enterprise environments.
• Public Sector / Regulated Environments: 3+ years supporting complex, compliance-heavy, or public-sector applications.
• Technical Leadership: 2+ years leading technical discovery, design, or engineering teams.
