Sr. Salesforce Architect

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end technical architecture of our Salesforce platform and serve as the highest technical authority across our Quote-to-Cash and customer-engagement ecosystem. This is a hands-on, strategic role: you will translate business and finance requirements into scalable, secure, and maintainable designs spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and our revenue stack - CPQ today, with a clear path toward Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) and Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB). You will set standards, govern delivery, mentor a team of developers and admins, and partner directly with executives and process owners to drive the platform roadmap.

Salesforce CPQ Revenue Cloud Billing (RCB) Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA) exposure if possible Analytics experience (CRMA, Tableau, or similar) Willingness to be hands-on in Salesforce (Flows, Configuration, Low-code development) Strong business-facing communication skills Ability to balance best practices with business needs AI Requirements: Agentforce or proficient with AI models/LLMs and have integrated into Saleforce workflow Global Salesforce implementations involving multiple currencies and exchange-rate (FX) considerations
