Requirements
- Senior Ruby on Rails Developer with 5+ years of software development experience specializing in full-stack web applications.
- Hands-on expertise in building scalable, secure backend systems using Ruby, Ruby on Rails, MVC architecture, and Object-Oriented Programming principles.
- Proven track record of designing, developing, and integrating robust RESTful APIs and third-party web services.
- Strong command of database management, complex SQL querying, schema design, and performance optimization using PostgreSQL and MySQL.
- Skilled in frontend integration using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern UI components alongside Rails applications.
- Dedicated to test-driven development (TDD) using RSpec and Minitest to deliver reliable, high-quality code.
- Proficient in version control, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows using Git.
- Experienced in application debugging, memory profiling, database indexing, and enforcing security best practices.
- Active contributor in Agile/Scrum teams, participating in sprint planning, code reviews, and cross-functional feature delivery.
- Strong communicator and problem-solver skilled at translating technical requirements into clean, scalable software solutions.
