Requirements

Strong hands-on .NET & C# development (MVC; Web Forms a plus) Strong front-end development: HTML5, CSS, Sass & JavaScript UX/UI knowledge: responsive design, usability, turning designs into working interfaces Formal WCAG training with proven WCAG 2.1 AA & Section 508 experience Accessibility testing with JAWS and axe Experience working within an enterprise design system (and how it differs from Bootstrap) Recent experience (last 3 years) with modern frameworks & best practices Azure DevOps & CI/CD pipelines Working knowledge of SQL Server, REST APIs & middleware Experience handling sensitive data in enterprise production applications Bachelor’s in HCI, Design, Computer Science, or equivalent experience

Nice to Have Accessibility certification: DHS Trusted Tester, IAAP WAS, or CPACC Government or healthcare systems experience ️ Angular, GitHub & AWS Experience modernizing existing applications
