Sr Java Developer

Must Have Technical/Functional Skills Java, Spring Batch , SQL Roles & Responsibilities Collaborate directly with business users, product owners, and stakeholders to understand business requirements. Facilitate discussions with business teams to clarify functional and non-functional requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and development tasks. Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java/J2EE technologies. Develop and optimize complex SQL queries, stored procedures, and database objects. Design, implement, and support Spring Batch jobs for large-scale data processing and integration. Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and best practices. Generic Managerial Skills, If any Serve as a technical lead and mentor for junior developers. Coordinate development activities with offshore teams to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Manage task assignments, code reviews, and technical guidance for distributed teams.
