Job description
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.
- Provide technical guidance to development teams across Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and ReactJS technologies.
- Define application architecture, coding standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
Full-Stack Development
- Develop backend services using Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Build responsive and modern user interfaces using ReactJS, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Design and implement API integrations with internal and external systems.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Requirements
- 12+ years of Java application development experience.
- 5+ years of experience leading Java application development teams.
- 3+ years of ReactJS UI development experience.
- Strong hands-on expertise in:
- Java, J2EE
- Spring Boot, Spring MVC
- REST APIs, Microservices Architecture
- ReactJS, JavaScript, TypeScript
- HTML5, CSS3
- SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of design patterns, system design, and application security.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
