Store Designer

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field from an accredited institution. \n

• 3-5 years of retail design experience, preferably within specialty retail, fashion, apparel, or lifestyle brands. \n

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, BlueBeam, Enscape, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. \n

• Strong experience with 3D modeling, rendering, sketching, and visual presentation development. \n

• Ability to create, interpret, and review architectural and construction drawings. \n

• Strong communication, presentation, organization, and project management skills. \n

• High attention to detail and a strong understanding of retail environments. \n

• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. \n

• Flexible, proactive, and able to navigate shifting priorities while meeting deadlines.

• Develop floor plans, storefront elevations, 3D models, renderings, and presentation materials that support design strategy and brand standards. \n

• Create store-specific design solutions that balance customer experience, operational needs, and business objectives. \n

• Review design documents, drawing sets, and shop drawings for accuracy, quality, and compliance with established standards. \n

• Manage and collaborate with external consultants to ensure design deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. \n

• Partner with internal teams including Construction, Purchasing, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations throughout the project lifecycle. \n

• Stay current on retail design trends and apply industry knowledge to design development and problem-solving. \n

• Adapt to changing business priorities, prototype initiatives, and evolving material or fixture specifications. \n

• Identify project challenges and develop solutions that protect timelines, budgets, and overall design intent. \n

• Manage multiple projects across various stages of design and development. \n

• Present design concepts and recommendations to cross-functional partners and stakeholders. \n
