Analytics Data Scientist

Kforce has a client that is seeking an Analytics Data Scientist in Brooklyn, NY., We’re seeking an Analytics Data Scientist to partner with Product, Machine Learning, and Operations teams to turn complex data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digging into large datasets, running experiments, building dashboards, and using data to influence product and business decisions., * Analyze large datasets using SQL to uncover trends and opportunities

• Analytics Data Scientist will design and evaluate A/B tests and experiments to measure product impact
• Build dashboards and reporting tools in Looker, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
• Develop metrics and data models to track product and operational performance
• As an Analytics Data Scientist, you will partner with Product, ML, and Operations teams on data-driven improvements
• Translate complex findings into clear recommendations for technical and business stakeholders

• 4+ years of experience in Product Analytics, Data Science, or a quantitative analytics role
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Hands-on experience with A/B testing, experimental design, and statistical analysis
• Experience building dashboards in Looker, Tableau, or similar tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Big Query
• Causal inference or analytical modeling experience
• Clickstream, logistics, fulfillment, or marketplace analytics experience
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
