Aivanta Tech Inc is seeking experienced Software Developers with 8+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong programming skills, experience with software development methodologies, and the ability to build scalable, reliable, and high-performance applications.
The candidate should be comfortable working with clients, technical teams, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions., * Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop scalable and efficient applications using programming languages such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Build and maintain APIs, web services, and application integrations.
- Work with relational and NoSQL databases, including database design and query optimization.
- Troubleshoot software issues, debug code, and improve application performance.
- Participate in code reviews and follow software development best practices.
- Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning and daily stand-up meetings.
- Support application deployment, maintenance, and production troubleshooting.
- Maintain technical documentation and ensure code quality and security.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software development.
- Strong knowledge of one or more programming languages, such as Java, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience with software development frameworks and application architecture.
- Hands-on experience with REST APIs, web services, and system integrations.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases and data structures.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 8+ years of software development experience.
- Any visa status accepted.
- Must be open to W2 marketing.
- Must be willing to relocate anywhere in the United States.
- Must be available for client interviews.
