- 10+ years of PEGA implementation experience with enterprise-scale applications.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in PEGA Customer Decision Hub (CDH).

Strong expertise in: o Next-Best-Action Designer o Strategies & Arbitration o Engagement Policies o Adaptive & Predictive Analytics o Customer Journeys o Decision Tables & Rule Management
