• Design, develop, test, and support enterprise-grade Java applications and microservices.
• Build and maintain RESTful APIs that support highly available, scalable business solutions.
• Develop solutions using Spring Boot and related Spring frameworks.
• Leverage Redis and other distributed caching technologies to improve application performance and scalability.
• Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, QA, and DevOps teams within an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across multiple applications and services.
• Ensure applications meet security, reliability, performance, and compliance standards.
• Contribute to code reviews, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Java development, Spring technologies, APIs, and microservices architecture, along with experience working in enterprise-scale environments. Previous experience within the banking or financial services industry is highly preferred., * 5+ years of hands-on Java development experience.

• Strong experience building microservices and distributed systems.
• Expertise with Java, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and related Spring technologies.
• Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Experience working with Redis or other caching technologies.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.
• Experience working with relational databases and SQL.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices and modern development tools.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a collaborative team setting., * Experience within the banking, financial services, or fintech industry.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and containerized environments.
• Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or MQ.
• Knowledge of application performance tuning and optimization.
• Experience supporting high-volume, mission-critical applications.
