Product Owner - Ontology

We are looking for a dedicated professional to drive our ontology initiatives and help shape the future of our knowledge representation strategies., * Own the ontology product vision, roadmap, backlog, release plan, and adoption strategy.

• Define enterprise domain models, entity relationships, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, constraints, and semantic standards.
• Establish governance, stewardship, versioning, change control, impact assessment, lineage, and quality metrics.
• Partner with business SMEs, data engineering, architecture, risk, and compliance to map source systems and validate semantic models.
• Translate business needs into epics, user stories, competency questions, acceptance criteria, and production validation tests.
• Enable governed semantic grounding for knowledge graphs, analytics, LLMs, and AI agents with appropriate permissions and auditability.

• Expertise in ontology and knowledge representation including class hierarchies, relationships, cardinality, inheritance, constraints, taxonomies, and controlled vocabularies.
• Proficiency with RDF, OWL, SKOS, SHACL, SPARQL, Neo4j/Cypher or comparable semantic and knowledge-graph technologies.
• Experience with SQL, source-data profiling, data mapping, and model validation.
• Knowledge of ontology governance, lineage, quality metrics, permissions, and auditability.
• Mortgage domain and MISMO knowledge is preferred.
