Job description

Design, secure, and optimize cloud solutions with a primary focus on Google Cloud Platform (Google Cloud Platform).
Lead legacy-to-cloud migrations, database integrations (BigQuery, PostgreSQL), and public/private API architecture.
Implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.
Maintain robust cloud security, IAM controls, and compliance standards (NIST, CIS Benchmarks).

Requirements

Cloud Certification: Valid Google Cloud Platform, AWS, or Azure certification.
Public Sector Experience: Prior experience in government, higher education, or public sector cloud environments.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Hands-on experience with Terraform, OpenTofu, Ansible, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.

Key Technical Skills:

Cloud Architecture: Google Cloud Platform (Primary), AWS, or Azure.
Containers & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes / GKE.
Security & Governance: IAM, Cloud Cybersecurity, DevSecOps, NIST, CIS Benchmarks.
Data & Networking: BigQuery, SQL, VPC, Hybrid Connectivity, CI/CD (GitHub Actions).
