Job description
Own the product strategy and day-to-day delivery for our global Merchant Sales Salesforce instance (“MerchantForce”). You will define the vision and roadmap, convert strategy into clear requirements, and partner closely with engineering to release value in increments. A core focus is modernizing the stack with Salesforce AI (Einstein, Agentforce) and Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud to connect trusted data to priority sales workflows across markets.
How you’ll contribute:
- Product strategy and roadmap
- Build and evolve the MerchantForce roadmap aligned to merchant business goals and field seller needs.
- Quantify opportunity size, validate user value, and sequence initiatives by impact, feasibility, and UX.
-
Create measurable success criteria and communicate trade-offs and decisions to senior stakeholders.
- AI enablement within Salesforce
- Lead evaluation, approval, and rollout of Einstein, Agentforce, and emerging AI capabilities that drive seller productivity, automation, and insights.
-
Define guardrails, governance, and change management for safe, scalable AI adoption.
- Data 360/Data Cloud architecture and use cases
- Translate top sales use cases into scalable Data 360/Data Cloud capabilities: unified profiles, segmentation, activation, and governance.
-
Map source systems and data flows; drive identity resolution, consent management, lineage, and data quality to give sellers trusted, timely insights.
- Product ownership and agile delivery
- Own the backlog: write epics and user stories with crisp acceptance criteria; maintain alignment with business objectives and technical architecture.
- Partner with engineering in sprint planning, grooming, standups, demos, and retrospectives; remove blockers to protect velocity.
-
Lead UAT, validate functionality, and prepare releases with clear comms, enablement, and training.
- Global scale and adoption
- Document role-, market-, and regulatory-specific variations; design solutions that scale while honoring local requirements.
-
Drive change management with Sales leadership and enablement; collect feedback, iterate, and track adoption.
- Platform health and continuous improvement
- Champion pragmatic, solution-oriented problem solving balancing short-term wins with future-ready architecture.
- Partner with architects and data owners to uphold platform integrity and governance best practices.
- Continuously refine UX and process based on seller feedback and performance data.
What you’ll measure:
- Adoption and engagement with key features and AI capabilities
- Seller productivity and automation impact (e.g., time saved, activity lift, pipeline velocity)
- Data quality and trust (completeness, accuracy, identity match rates)
- Release cadence, lead time, and defect rates
- User satisfaction and change adoption metrics
Requirements
5-8+ years in product management, product ownership, or business analysis within enterprise technology environments.
- Hands-on Salesforce experience, ideally including:
- Sales Cloud and platform automation (Flow; familiarity with Apex helpful)
- AI and automation features (Einstein, Agentforce, GPT-driven assistants)
- Salesforce Data 360/Data Cloud (unified profiles, segmentation, activation, governance)
- Proven Product Owner experience in agile teams: backlog management, story writing, sprint ceremonies, and UAT/release readiness.
- Background delivering enterprise-scale CRM enhancements or transformations.
- Strong grasp of integrations and data architecture: source-system mapping, data modeling, identity resolution, API/event patterns, and data governance.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills; comfortable defining KPIs and making prioritization calls using evidence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Operations, Architecture, and Engineering.
- Change leadership experience driving adoption across diverse, global user groups.
Bonus points:

- Familiarity with merchant acquiring, payments, or complex B2B sales motions.
- CSPO/PSPO or similar agile certification.
