AI Engineer / Data Scientist - Charleroi

The solution will be integrated into the organisation’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and progressively replace existing matching tools., * Design, develop and improve AI-powered matching, scoring and recommendation algorithms using Python.

• Build data ingestion and processing pipelines using Microsoft Fabric.
• Implement semantic search and indexing capabilities with Azure AI Search.
• Leverage Azure AI Foundry to develop and deploy AI solutions.
• Implement fuzzy matching, reranking and recommendation mechanisms.
• Deploy applications using Docker, Azure App Service and CI/CD pipelines.
• Develop APIs and connectors for integration with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and other business applications.
• Ensure data quality, security, monitoring and regulatory compliance.
• Design and execute tests to evaluate the accuracy and relevance of matching results.
• Support production deployments, technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
