Job description

As a Data & Insights Manager within the Lighthouse team, you will serve as a trusted delivery lead and a catalyst for commercial growth. Your mission involves steering complex (Gen)BI projects from ideation through execution, while scaling and refining our market-leading strategic offerings. We are looking for a leader who excels at translating deep technical BI expertise into actionable business results, combining strategic vision with hands-on knowledge to guide clients and internal teams toward the next generation of data intelligence. What will you do Lead End-to-End Delivery: Drive complex (Gen)BI engagements from the initial strategy session through to final implementation, ensuring that solutions deliver meaningful and measurable business impact. Drive Commercial Growth: You’re not just a project lead; you’re a builder. You identify new opportunities, help shape winning pitches, and contribute to scaling our (Gen)BI footprint across the market. Architect Technical Excellence: Oversee the design of semantic models, AI-powered analytics, and executive-ready data storytelling - ensuring every dashboard tells a clear, compelling story that resonates with decision-makers. Shape the (Gen)BI Proposition: Own and evolve KPMG’s (Gen)BI methodology and tooling strategy, developing reusable assets and frameworks that strengthen our competitive advantage. Act as a Strategic Advisor: Serve as a subject-matter expert for clients and internal teams, translating emerging trends (such as Copilot and Conversational BI) into practical, high-value solutions. Empower & Collaborate: Lead multidisciplinary teams of data engineers and analysts while cultivating strong partnerships across KPMG’s AI, Cloud, and broader digital practices.
