• Own and design technical changes required to maintain and enhance Gateway capability
• Produce high-quality design documentation in collaboration with the customer and Programme Manager
• Support solution governance and architectural integrity
• Ensure ongoing availability, resilience, and security compliance
• Provide architectural guidance during troubleshooting and incident resolution
• Act as a key technical interface between engineering delivery and operational support teams

• Experienced Security Application Architect
• Strong design and development background
• Proven experience with Gateway technologies
• Knowledge of Infrastructure & Platforms (VMware/vSphere, RHEL, Windows Server)
• Familiarity with Trellix SIEM platforms
• Understanding of Identity & Directory Services (Active Directory, DNS, LDAP, LDIF)
• Experience with Gateway appliances and associated software
• Proficient in Email, Chat, and File standards
• Knowledge of Web and Chat protocols (XML, JSON schema, TLS server/client certificates)
• Understanding of digital file format handling
