About the company

A leading general engineering school within IMT (Institut Mines-Télécom), the number one group of engineering schools in France, IMT Atlantique aims to support transitions and train responsible engineers. We place scientific and technical excellence at the service of education, research, and innovation.

As part of the project “Network Metrology Augmented by Generative AI and Machine Learning for Autonomous Networks”, which aims to explore the contributions of artificial intelligence applied to network metrology and network diagnostics, we are recruiting a Postdoctoral Researcher within our Computer Science Department (Brest campus).

In collaboration with the project team and the ERMINE team at the IRISA laboratory, you will explore the potential of new AI approaches (generative AI, machine learning) for network metrology. You will develop and structure one or several joint research axes (QoS diagnostics, split computing optimization, CDN supervision) and promote your work through publications and code development. Finally, you will serve as a bridge to teaching by supervising students and participating in scientific dissemination.
