ServiceNow Developer

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows. The ideal candidate will have experience in ServiceNow platform development, scripting, integrations, and ITSM processes. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that align with business requirements., * Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules.

• Configure workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Script Includes.
• Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, and Knowledge Management solutions.
• Implement and support ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and CMDB.
• Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and Performance Analytics.
• Perform platform upgrades, enhancements, and production support.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues while optimizing system performance.
• Prepare technical documentation, unit test cases, and deployment documentation.
• Collaborate with functional teams, administrators, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

• Strong experience with ServiceNow platform development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions, and UI Policies.
• Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, and Workflow development.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB).
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and system integrations.
• Understanding of ACLs, security, roles, and access control.
• Experience with Service Catalog and Portal development.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
