We are seeking a highly skilled Informatica IDMC MDM SaaS Architect / Tech Lead with deep expertise in Customer 360, Reference 360, and Multidomain 360. The ideal candidate will design scalable master data solutions, implement data governance frameworks, and ensure high data quality across enterprise systems. This role requires strong technical proficiency, problem solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with business and technology teams., &bull Design and implement end to end IDMC Master Data Management (MDM) solutions using Business 360, Multidomain 360, Customer 360 and Reference 360. &bull Integrate and manage reference data sets, hierarchies, crosswalks, and metadata across systems. &bull Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver master data solutions aligned with organizational goals. &bull Implement and maintain data governance, data quality policies, and compliance frameworks across MDM modules. &bull Configure and optimize Reference 360, including code lists, value mappings, hierarchies, match & merge, and survivorship rules. &bull Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to IDMC MDM components, integrations, and task flows. &bull Stay updated on the latest IDMC capabilities, best practices, and features to continuously enhance solution design. &bull Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, user training materials, and provide support to both technical and business teams.

&bull 8+ years of exp in IT &bull 5+ years in Master Data Management &bull 3+ years of hands-on experience with IDMC MDM SaaS implementations. &bull Knowledge in CDI, CAI, and CDQ components within IDMC. &bull Deep expertise with Multidomain 360, Customer 360, and Reference 360, including data modelling, governance, survivorship, and integration. &bull Proficiency in ETL development, data modelling techniques, and advanced SQL. &bull Experience working with REST SaaS APIs, Business Events / Publish Events, DQ rules, Ingress/Egress task flows, and XQuery scripting. &bull Practical experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP. &bull Strong proficiency with REST APIs, JSON, and ingestion pipelines. &bull Familiarity with data warehousing, MDM best practices, and enterprise data standards. &bull Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to work with stakeholders across business and technology teams.

Preferred Qualifications &bull Informatica certifications such as IDMC, MDM, or IICS. &bull Worked on on-prem to MDM SaaS migration, Project Code
