IT Infrastructure Project Manager

• 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.

Provide dedicated IT project management support for the Project workstreams, ensuring effective planning, coordination and execution of all technology-related activities. Coordinate technical work across Infrastructure, Network, Storage, Compute, Resiliency and Architecture teams, keeping deliverables, milestones and implementation plans aligned.

• Proven experience as a Project/Program Manager in complex technology transformation programs.
• Strong coordination skills across multiple workstreams, stakeholders and vendors.
• Experience tracking dependencies, milestones and delivery plans.
• Solid background in infrastructure, cloud migration or datacenter transformation programs.
• Strong stakeholder management and executive reporting skills.
• Strong financial awareness: budget tracking, forecast updates and cost governance.
• Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills.
• Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel for reporting and tracking.

Preferred skills *

• Experience in AWS, hybrid cloud or public cloud programs.
• Understanding of resiliency, DR, backup, network and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience in application migration or service transition programs.
• Banking/financial services experience.
• Ability to work with technical teams as well as business stakeholders., + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in Project/Program Management, ideally in technology or infrastructure transformation.
• Experience supporting complex, multi-workstream programs with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, RAID management, planning and reporting.
• Experience preparing executive updates and managing senior stakeholders.
• Experience in banking, financial services or regulated environments preferred.
• Exposure to cloud, infrastructure, datacenter or application migration programs preferred.
