Project Manager - Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Project Manager with a strong background in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Platforms, and Cloud Data Ecosystems. The candidate will lead complex data transformation initiatives, manage cross-functional teams, drive program governance, and ensure successful delivery of data platform, ETL, analytics, AI, and cloud modernization programs.

The ideal candidate should combine project management expertise with a solid understanding of data engineering concepts, enabling effective coordination between business stakeholders, architects, data engineers, and platform teams.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Project Leadership

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Data Engineering and Analytics programs.
• Develop project plans, roadmaps, milestones, and execution strategies.
• Track program progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Ensure timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across business and technology teams.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and delivery teams.
• Conduct governance reviews, steering committee meetings, and executive status reporting.
• Prepare project dashboards, KPI reports, RAID logs, and leadership updates.
• Drive decision-making and escalation management.

Data & Technology Program Management

• Manage delivery of:
• Data Engineering initiatives
• Data Lakes & Data Warehouses
• ETL/ELT programs
• Data Migration projects
• Cloud Data Platform modernization
• BI & Analytics implementations
• AI/ML data enablement projects
• Collaborate with architects and engineering teams on solution planning and delivery.

Agile Delivery & Execution

• Lead Agile, Scrum, and Hybrid delivery models.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog prioritization, release planning, and retrospectives.
• Track velocity, delivery commitments, and resource utilization.
• Remove delivery blockers and improve team productivity.
